Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients via calls and emails to provide product and service guidance.

  • Review client requests and process them accurately.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Share insights and feedback with internal teams to optimize service.

  • Native-level Dutch and fluent English (B2)

  • Previous customer support experience is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player

  • High school diploma or vocational training completed

  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
