ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\u00a0\n\u2022\u00a0 Prepare and review the calculation of the quarterly and annual income tax provision and related GAAP disclosures\n\u2022\u00a0 Prepare GAAP income tax accounting models including deferred accounting, payable accounting, tax account roll-forwards, APB23, and stock-based compensation\n\u2022\u00a0 Prepare tax reserves (FIN 48) and related disclosures\n\u2022\u00a0 Prepare and review U.S. federal, state, and international tax compliance (including Form 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865, 1118, etc.)\n\u2022\u00a0 Prepare E&P, Subpart F, GILTI, BEAT, FDII, §163(j), foreign tax credit calculations\n\u2022\u00a0 Prepare quarterly federal and state estimated tax payments and year-end extension requests\n\u2022\u00a0 Provide support for Pillar Two provision and compliance\n\u2022\u00a0 Provide support for tax examinations\n\u2022\u00a0 Planning and research in connection with the above responsibilities\n\u2022\u00a0 Ensure compliance with the requirements of Section 404 of Sarbanes Oxley\n\u2022\u00a0 Support tax transformation initiatives to automate tax processes, enhance data analytics and re-imagine how the tax function operates\n\u2022\u00a0 Keep up to date with tax legislation, SEC Regulations, and GAAP changes, practice and global developments\n\u2022\u00a0 Build and foster strong cross-functional relationships within and outside of the tax department
