Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Key Responsibilities:

Support the SAP FICO workstream in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
Configure SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
Assist in requirement gathering, FIT-GAP analysis, and preparation of functional specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with MM, SD, and PP modules.
Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT), data migration, and cutover planning.
Work with technical teams to support the development and testing of WRICEF objects.
Contribute to the adoption of SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard approach.
Provide post-go-live support and help resolve functional issues.
Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA innovations and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience:

4 to 7 years of SAP experience with at least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation in the Finance domain.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and business process mapping.
Good understanding of Universal Journal, Financial Closing, and Reporting in S/4HANA.
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
Exposure to cross-module integration with MM, SD, and PP.
Basic understanding of SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and RISE with SAP is a plus.

Educational Background

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field (B.Com, B.Tech, MBA, CA, etc.)
