JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary interface between the RMG project team and broader business units to ensure alignment on tool functionality and compliance standards.
Testing & MVP Support: Assist in the execution of MVP testing cycles, documenting defects, and validating fixes during this critical pre-launch window.
Feature Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with the global team to plan the phased introduction of new features post-MVP, ensuring a smooth transition for end-users.
Process Documentation: Create and maintain clear business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications tailored to the eComms landscape.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Industry Expertise: Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the Banking & Financial Services sector is essential.
Technical Familiarity: You understand the complexities of risk management and regulatory compliance.
Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different geographies.
Bonus Points: Previous experience with eComms surveillance tools or communication archiving platforms is a significant advantage.
