Work Setup: Hybrid (3 months onsite; WFH After)

Shift: Mid Shift

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in RPA, with expertise in Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Strong project management skills and experience in leading teams
• Solid understanding of process mapping, automation, and optimization.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform tools are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the RPA development team to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and provide technical expertise.
• Maintain knowledge of emerging trends in RPA and related Microsoft tools.
• Train, mentor, and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.
