We are seeking a data-driven Growth Specialist to expand our D2C business through both owned and paid digital channels. This position combines elements of performance marketing, CRO, and retention, with a strong focus on increasing revenue, enhancing conversion rates, and achieving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities -

• Take full ownership of growth initiatives for the D2C website, covering acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, marketplaces, and emerging channels.
• Enhance conversion rates by conducting A/B testing, analyzing funnels, and running on-site experiments.
• Monitor and optimize crucial metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, and repeat purchase behavior.
• Collaborate closely with product, technology, design, and content teams to launch and scale growth initiatives.
• Manage optimization of landing pages, special offers, bundles, and pricing experiments to boost performance.
• Grow retention channels such as email, SMS, WhatsApp, loyalty programs, and subscription services.
• Discover, test, and scale new growth channels, tools, and partnership opportunities.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly growth performance dashboards for leadership review.

Required Skills & Experience -

• 2 to 5 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or e-commerce, preferably within D2C.
• Strong expertise in paid media, data analytics, and e-commerce conversion funnels.
• Practical experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify, and similar platforms.
• Highly analytical mindset with a strong preference for experimentation and hands-on execution.
• Ability to work effectively across teams in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
