About the Role
10x.team pairs expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We’re seeking skilled enterprise sales directors based in the EU or UK to enhance the realism, accuracy, and commercial relevance of AI-augmented sales platforms.
What You Will Do
Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to enterprise sales, client negotiations, account management, and strategic selling workflows
Evaluate AI responses for business relevance, professional rigor, and alignment with industry standards
Draft realistic sales scenarios and challenges reflecting your direct experience in the field
Create scenario variations from multiple perspectives (e.g., sales director, client, procurement)
Identify gaps, omissions, or weak reasoning in AI-generated enterprise sales content
In straightforward terms: You’ll assess and improve AI-driven content, ensuring it models best practices in enterprise sales, strategic processes, and stakeholder management. Rather than running client projects, you’ll use your expertise to help AI systems better understand and reason about enterprise sales at scale.
Who You Are
A senior-level enterprise sales professional with significant experience within the EU or UK market
Experienced in planning, delivering, and managing large-scale B2B sales initiatives
Skilled at evaluating sales strategies, documentation, and commercial decision making
Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
Available for 8–20 hours per week, with reliable availability
