Overview / Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented professional to develop and execute sales strategies that align with our business objectives. This role focuses on promoting and selling specific offerings, building a strong network within the sales territory, and representing the organization at trade shows and events to identify opportunities, enhance visibility, and strengthen our market position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities related to our portfolio of solutions;
  • Build strong relationships with clients, mapping and presenting outsourcing solutions to meet their needs;
  • Ensure the successful delivery of our solutions in line with client requirements and objectives;
  • Analyze and develop sales proposals;
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations;
  • Provide exceptional day-to-day customer service;
  • Prepare proposals and participate in sales meetings and demonstrations;
  • Engage with various stakeholders;
  • Attend events to expand networking opportunities;
  • Identify opportunities and develop objectives, strategies, and tactics;
  • Anticipate clients' operational, strategic, and commercial needs;
  • Manage multiple client accounts.

Requirements:

  • Dynamic professional with proven experience in Information Technology;
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or IT-related fields;
  • Previous experience (2+ years) in commercial roles, particularly in outsourcing;
  • Results-driven mindset;
  • Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills;
  • Strong ability to build relationships with various business stakeholders;
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Team-oriented mindset;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Ambitious and driven;
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
