Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Controlling (CO) and Funds Management (FM) workstreams in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
  • Configure SAP CO components including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA.
  • Configure SAP FM components including Budgeting, Commitment Management, Fund, Fund Center, and Functional Area.
  • Assist in requirement gathering, FIT-GAP analysis, and preparation of functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.
  • Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT), data migration, and cutover planning.

Skills & Experience:

  • 7 to 10 years of SAP experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in Controlling and Funds Management.
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP CO and FM configuration and business process design.
  • Good understanding of Universal Journal, Budget Control System (BCS), and Reporting in S/4HANA.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
  • Exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and RISE with SAP is a plus.
  • Cross-module integration experience with FI, MM, SD, and PP.

Certifications:

  • Required: SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting (CO) Certification
  • Preferred: SAP Funds Management Certification

Educational Background:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field (B.Com, B.Tech, MBA, CA, etc.)
