We’re hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our growing lifecycle team to help design, build, and optimize lifecycle messaging programs across the customer journey. This role translates lifecycle opportunities into scalable campaigns, behavior-triggered messaging, and structured experiments that improve activation, engagement, retention, and expansion. You’ll work closely with product, design, copy, data, and marketing partners to launch messaging that helps customers succeed with doola. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable building campaigns inside lifecycle platforms and owning execution from concept through launch and iteration.

It bundles LLC formation, bookkeeping, taxes, US banking, and analytics in a single dashboard. Users can file formation, obtain an EIN, draft operating agreements, hire a registered agent, and file annual state and IRS tax filings. The platform includes real-time transaction tracking, invoicing, and a dedicated bookkeeper. The analytics module offers insights into sales, orders, and campaigns for e-commerce sellers. Integrations with Shopify and Amazon are planned for the initial launch, with broader integrations to follow.
