Must be 18 years of age or older. Good understanding of the automobile industry. Passionate about automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments. Enjoy interacting with people. Has a keen eye for discreetly observing and noting various aspects of your shopping experience. Own a car and has a driving license. Ability to provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases and be prompt in filling out online surveys.
