Customer Service Representative
Job Description
You will be in charge of answering client questions, setting up appointments, and creating schedules for the cleaning crew. For this position, you must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to organize and handle multiple tasks.
Important Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences to clients through multiple channels, including phone, CRM, email, and in-person interactions. - Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously while providing accurate information. - Provide detailed information about JINI's quality services and keep a record of client feedback. - Document client interactions and follow-up actions taken for future reference. - Schedule cleaning service appointments and maintain meticulous records to ensure timely service delivery. - Develop and manage cleaning crew schedules, ensuring adequate staffing for all appointments. - Collaborate with team members to effectively and efficiently address client demands and ensure customer satisfaction. - Evaluate customer service processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations accordingly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma and an associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferable. - Demonstrated experience of 1-2 years in scheduling or providing customer service, preferably within the cleaning or service industry. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities that enable effective and professional communication with clients and team members. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling and record-keeping to ensure high-quality service delivery. - Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills that allow for timely identification and resolution of client concerns and issues. - Proficiency in the use of scheduling software and other relevant tools and technology. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve organizational objectives. - Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs, including availability to work evenings and weekends if required.
