Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive customer service, including post-sale technical and non-technical support for various customer segments, such as business clients and end consumers.
Remote Customer Support: Assist customers via phone, online chat, or messaging, handling high volumes of simple inquiries and resolving issues, typically in an office setting.
Distribution Center Customer Support: Offer assistance at distribution centers, product return/repair facilities, or walk-in service points, acting as a liaison between customers, production, and logistics teams for specific orders.
Offer both technical and non-technical support in walk-in environments.
Note: Compensation does not depend on sales targets; rather, incumbents at this level possess advanced knowledge, participate in or lead the development of new solutions or projects, and share best practices with colleagues.
Lead and coordinate daily operations, contributing to the development of policies, processes, and standards within a tactical and operational scope.
Manage a team comprising Specialists and Support staff across the employee lifecycle, providing guidance and oversight, including supervising lower-level specialists and acting as a single point of contact for complex issues.
