Perform SAP application installations, patches, upgrades, and production support across multiple SAP products (ECC, BI, SCM, Solution Manager, Enterprise Portal, PI) Administer HANA databases including setting up and managing High Availability and replica configurations Monitor and implement Oracle/HANA database performance improvements for optimal SAP system operations Execute client and system copies, new SAP instance installations, table reorganizations, and connectivity maintenance Manage transport operations with rigorous documentation and change management procedures Configure and monitor backup solutions, perform ad-hoc backups and restores as required Conduct SAP Security Administration including role creation, user account management, and authorization assignments Troubleshoot incidents, coordinate with SAP support, and provide technical guidance to development teams
