We are on the lookout for a Payment Support Specialist to join our Finance Department.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring the operation of payment systems.
Support for an information dashboard about payment methods for each geolocation (deposits, withdrawals).
Enable/disable geo methods in case of problems.
Processing of outstanding payments by interacting with payment systems.
Analysis of logs.
Compilation of statistics on the patency of methods.

Requirements

Higher education is required (preferably financial/economic).
Understanding of the work of payment systems.
Communication skills.
English from A2 level.
