In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating online content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines and community standards.\n\nImportant: This position involves exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content. Candidates must demonstrate emotional resilience, strong mental balance, and professionalism.\n\nLanguage Requirement\n\nRomanian: Fluent / Native level\nEnglish: Good working knowledge (minimum B2 recommended)\n\nWork Schedule\n\nMonday to Sunday\nShift: 09:00 – 18:00\nDays Off: 2 rotating days per week\n\nPlanned changes:\nIntroduction of an evening shift (13:00 – 22:00)\nFuture possibility of extension to a 24/7 rotational schedule\n\nSalary\n\n€1,000 gross per month, paid over 14 months\n\nBenefits\n\nMeal allowance: €7.63 per working day\nHealth insurance: Available from day 1 (monthly employee contribution required)\nFree after 6 months of contract\nWelcome Bonus: Paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year\nCondition: Each instalment is paid only if unjustified absenteeism is below 6% in the previous month\nThis bonus must not be presented as part of the fixed monthly salary\n\nNote:\nFrom December onwards, there is no retention bonus for Search Engine and Website Solutions projects.\n\nRelocation Package (from outside Portugal)\nShared accommodation provided for up to 12 months\nAccommodation details will be discussed during the interview process\nFlight ticket reimbursement is no longer applicable for hires starting from December 1st onwards
