EOC Operator

Responsibilities

  • Operate and support EOC electronic documentation workflows, including daily intake, processing, and validation of captured outputs using Kofax Duplex Scanner and Kofax Ascent Capture.

  • Monitor service health and operational conditions impacting EOC processing using SolarWinds and System Center Operations Manager (Microsoft); escalate issues and document impacts as required.

  • Manage EOC tickets and service actions within System Center Service Manager (Microsoft), including status updates, technician notes, handoffs, and closure documentation.

  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Workstation systems supporting EOC operations, restoring service promptly and maintaining readiness for production processing.

  • Maintain EOC reference materials, standard operating procedures, and controlled documentation repositories in SharePoint to ensure procedures remain current and accessible.

  • Coordinate shift communications, updates, and issue triage through FlankSpeed Teams to maintain situational awareness and support timely resolution.

  • Utilize UiPath to automate repeatable EOC tasks such as routing, notifications, and status updates to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.

  • Produce EOC reports, workflow diagrams, and technical documentation using Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and Project.

Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance (must be able to obtain and maintain).

  • Three or more years of relevant experience in electronic documentation, system administration, network administration, or database administration.
