Content Director
Description
We are seeking a Director of Content to lead and scale social media strategy across multiple brands, with a primary focus on Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube. This role is responsible for driving high-impact content initiatives, ensuring brand consistency, and accelerating audience growth across a portfolio of companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall content and social media strategy across 3–4 portfolio brands
- Build and manage an in-house marketing team, transitioning responsibilities from external agencies
- Recruit, onboard, and oversee key roles including video editors, automation specialists, and other marketing professionals
- Define and execute content strategies tailored to each platform, with emphasis on Instagram and YouTube
- Ensure cohesive brand storytelling and visual consistency across all channels
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for growth, engagement, and conversion
- Stay ahead of social media trends, emerging formats, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge
- Develop innovative, next-generation content concepts leveraging new technologies and tools

- Strong creative vision with a refined aesthetic sense and understanding of design principles
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and scale content operations effectively
- Deep knowledge of social media trends, platforms, and audience behavior
- Experience building and managing high-performing creative and marketing teams
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and a “digital-first” or “AI-native” approach to content creation
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making
