Job Description

Responsible for timely Vendor invoice booking with cost centres.
Assist in Vendor Management and ensuring statutory compliance of TDS, GST on vendor invoices booked.
Preparing the schedules and data needed for the statutory and internal audit.
Posting General entries related to payment made to vendors and reconciliation of vendor accounts.
Assist in developing and maintaining finance and accounting policies in alignment with statutory requirements and systems of internal controls to safeguard the financial assets of the organization.
Maintains Expense Receipts and Disbursement Reports.
Ensure documentation and approval as per Company Policy, before accounting and releasing the payments to vendors.
Basic Qualifications
Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with minimum 3 years of Work Experience.\
Mandatory SAP knowledge
Eye for detail.
Excellent MS Excel Skill
Highest Level of Ethics and Integrity.
Good communication skills to interact with Senior Leader team and employees
Should be able to multitask and give timely result.
