We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead end-to-end influencer strategy and execution for high-impact beauty campaigns spanning makeup and dermatology segments. This role focuses on building and scaling a diverse creator ecosystem across India, leveraging micro and macro influencers to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will play a key role in shaping campaign narratives, managing creator relationships, and ensuring high-quality content delivery aligned with brand goals. The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, with a strong understanding of regional audiences and the ability to execute campaigns at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies across beauty and skincare categories
  • Build and manage a strong network of micro, macro, and regional creators across India
  • Identify and onboard relevant influencers aligned with campaign objectives and target audiences
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Review and approve influencer content to maintain quality and brand consistency
  • Drive regional storytelling by adapting campaigns to different languages and audience nuances
  • Track and analyze campaign performance including reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Optimize campaigns based on insights and performance metrics
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across multiple campaigns

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, especially in beauty, UGC, or dermatology campaigns
  • Strong network of influencers across multiple regions in India
  • Good understanding of micro and macro influencer ecosystems
  • Ability to balance strategy with execution in fast-paced environments
  • Strong knowledge of regional content trends, language, and audience behavior
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance
  • Attention to detail in content review and campaign coordination
