We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with 4–7 years of hands-on experience to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of development and operations, with a strong focus on automation, scalability, and reliability. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring seamless collaboration across development and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub to support rapid and reliable software delivery.
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
Collaborate closely with development teams to streamline build, test, and deployment processes.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions to ensure system reliability and uptime.
Maintain version control workflows and enforce best practices using GitHub.
Enhance security practices within the DevOps lifecycle, including access control, secrets management, and vulnerability scanning.
Continuously evaluate and improve DevOps processes, tools, and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4–7 years of experience in a DevOps or related engineering role.
Strong expertise in DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, and monitoring.
Hands-on experience with Jenkins for building and managing pipelines.
Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudWatch.
Solid experience with GitHub, including repository management, branching strategies, and integrations.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes is a plus.
Understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and system architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
