Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer to join our innovative team. As a Senior Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions on the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Salesforce Experience Cloud Development:

    • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions to meet business objectives.
    • Create engaging and responsive user interfaces that enhance user experience on the Experience Cloud platform.

  2. Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex Development:

    • Leverage Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex programming language to implement custom functionalities.
    • Apply best practices in coding to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.

  3. Integration:

    • Integrate Salesforce Experience Cloud with external systems and applications to provide a seamless and unified user experience.
    • Collaborate with integration teams to design and implement secure and efficient data exchange processes.

  4. Custom Component Development:

    • Build custom components and features to extend the standard capabilities of Salesforce Experience Cloud.
    • Innovate and implement solutions that enhance the overall performance and functionality of the Experience Cloud.

  5. Optimization and Performance Tuning:

    • Optimize the performance of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions through efficient coding practices and continuous monitoring.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues to ensure a smooth user experience.

  6. Collaboration and Leadership:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers within the team.

  7. Documentation:

    • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for Experience Cloud implementations.
    • Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and serves as a valuable resource for the team.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Experience Cloud.
  3. Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development.
  4. Experience with Salesforce integration using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
  5. Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  6. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer II and Experience Cloud Consultant, are highly desirable.
  7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
