We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand Marketing professional to lead brand building and growth across both digital and offline channels. This role focuses on shaping a compelling brand narrative, driving market presence, and ensuring consistent, high-quality creative output. You will own the end-to-end brand strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into impactful marketing initiatives.

This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong creative instincts. You will play a critical part in building differentiated, consumer-first brands, driving growth through storytelling, campaigns, and innovative marketing approaches in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the overall brand and marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and execute growth plans across digital platforms, marketplaces, and offline channels.
  • Identify opportunities for product storytelling, new launches, and category expansion.
  • Define and evolve the brand’s visual and verbal identity to ensure consistency and differentiation.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign development, content strategy, and communication across channels.
  • Ensure high standards of creativity, quality, and speed in all marketing outputs.
  • Collaborate closely with revenue, product, packaging, and customer experience teams to align brand efforts.
  • Manage internal teams across content, design, and social media to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
  • Oversee external agency relationships for campaigns, shoots, and events.
  • Continuously analyze performance and optimize strategies for brand growth and engagement.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 4–7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or creative strategy roles.
  • Strong exposure to digital-first or consumer brands, with a clear understanding of online growth channels.
  • A creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and brand positioning.
  • Proven ability to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners effectively.
  • Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership and execution focus.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
