Executive Assistant w/ Project Management bg
We are looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant who can help keep projects, communication, and daily operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone with a project management background who is comfortable coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring things move forward without delays.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and familiar with telecoms terminology commonly used in AT&T customer service environments. You should be comfortable organizing information, tracking deliverables, and communicating clearly with both internal teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedule
Organize incoming emails and ensure important requests are followed up on
Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure tasks are completed on time
Coordinate with team members to keep projects moving forward
Prepare meeting notes, reports, and basic documentation
Maintain organized records, files, and internal documents
Assist with research and operational tasks as needed
Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders when coordinating projects
Work with terminology and workflows commonly used in telecom or AT&T customer service environments
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Project Coordinator
Experience supporting projects, managing timelines, or coordinating tasks
Familiarity with telecom or AT&T-related terminology is a strong advantage
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or project management tools
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment
