Product Manager II, Consumer Experiences
Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.
We're looking for a product manager with proven experience building and launching search products to own our consumer-facing surfaces and discovery experiences. You'll drive feature development for our Home Tab, own the Search experience, Profile/Settings and drive our App Redesign work forward. In this role, you'll partner closely with design to deliver compelling consumer experiences, while working with engineering and analytics to ship high-impact features that improve satisfaction, engagement, and long-term loyalty.
What you’ll do
Own and drive feature development for Home Tab, partnering closely with design to improve discovery, engagement, and activation on Affirm's app front door
Own the Search Experience end-to-end, ensuring consumers can seamlessly find relevant merchants, products, and offers, with the opportunity to execute on AI-native search capabilities as that workstream accelerates
Lead Profile/Settings surface, making account management simple, transparent, and trustworthy
Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing to ship consumer-facing products with measurable impact on conversion, NPS, and repeat usage
Use data and experimentation to identify friction points, measure outcomes, and continuously improve core consumer journeys
What we look for
Experience building and launching search products: you've shipped search experiences end-to-end and understand relevance, ranking, and discovery UX
Strong design sensibility and partnership skills: you work effectively with design to solve user problems and ship polished consumer experiences
Track record of shipping consumer-facing products with measurable impact on engagement, conversion, or growth
Comfort with funnel analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making
Ability to execute on technical product builds, particularly in search/discovery infrastructure
Flexibility to pivot priorities as business needs evolve, comfortable with ambiguity and shifting focus areas
3+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer apps, search, e-commerce, or marketplace
