CSMs partner with Account Managers to optimize the customer journey delivering value from the moment they join AlphaSense by focusing on strong product adoption and engagement. You will proactively monitor usage, adoption, and account health, while aligning AlphaSense to client goals and embedding our platform into their day-to-day workflows.
