Internship position (full-time preferred, part-time possible by arrangement) Minimum duration: 3–6 months Location: Zurich (Onsite) What You’ll Work On • Support ERP automation projects from requirements analysis to go-live • Help analyse customer business processes and identify automation opportunities • Assist in designing and configuring tailored solutions aligned with customer workflows • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve technical and process questions • Prepare documentation, implementation materials, and customer insights • Support customer communication and help ensure smooth project execution • Collect customer feedback and help translate it into product and process improvements • Work closely with sales and implementation teams to understand end-to-end customer journeys What We’re Really Looking For ...
