Business Analyst Junior [AI Platforms]
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our AI Platforms team — we build and scale the core infrastructure that powers intelligent features across our products — including chat interfaces, AI agents, voice technologies, RAG pipelines, co-pilots, and other platform components. We work with state-of-the-art models and frameworks to deliver reliable, safe, and cost-efficient foundations that product teams build on top of.
Challenges that await you:
- Collect and analyze requirements for AI platform components (chat, agents, voice, RAG, and beyond), translate them into clear specifications, and drive delivery end-to-end
- Facilitate communication between LLM Engineers, Backend, Product, and Ops teams to align on scope, risks, and timelines
- Identify root causes of issues in AI pipelines (data quality, latency, cost, UX) and coordinate cross-functional fixes
- Navigate feature and platform component implementation across teams and products
- Define and maintain KPIs
What makes you a great fit:
- Hands-on experience working with AI — you’ve built or prototyped your own AI solutions, whether through vibe coding, low-code tools, or custom integrations; understanding of AI technologies and the current state of the art
- Ability to set clear deliverables for engineering teams; understanding of how services, data pipelines, and model lifecycles are structured
- Experience in cross-team collaboration (Product, DS/ML, Backend, QA, Compliance/Security)
- Strong analytical and systems thinking; comfortable working with metrics
- B2 or higher level of English for effective communication in an international team
- Fluent English (B2+)
Your bonus skills:
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Superset, Tableau) and basic SQL/Python/Notebooks for analysis
- Understanding of APIs and streaming (REST/gRPC, Kafka); familiarity with feature stores, model registries (e.g., MLflow), and orchestration tools (Airflow)
- Exposure to LLMs (prompt design, evaluation, RAG), vector databases, and observability (monitoring drift, bias, and safety)
