Business Development Representative
Added 6 days agoWe are seeking a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) with 5+ years of experience in outbound sales and lead generation. This is a high-performance remote sales role focused on identifying new business opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and building a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Identify, research, and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) across key industries
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
Develop personalized outreach strategies tailored to target prospects
Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
Consistently meet and exceed KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated, conversion rates)
5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Outbound Sales
Proven track record of generating qualified leads and exceeding sales targets
Strong experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft)
Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
Ability to engage with decision-makers and stakeholders across different industries
Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Experience working in a remote, fast-paced, and target-driven environment
Experience in SaaS, Tech, or B2B services is highly preferred
