Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organise physical and digital records according to established protocols.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organisational policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of record management strategies.
- Conduct regular audits of records to verify accuracy and completeness.
- Provide training and support to staff on record management practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in record management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with data protection laws and record-keeping best practices.
- Proficient in using record management systems and standard office software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to have
- Experience in a non-profit or similar sector.
- Certification in records management or related field.
- Knowledge of digital archiving techniques.
