Do you combine strong agency relationships with a proven track record in performance-driven sales?\n\nWe are looking for a Senior Sales Manager (Client Partner) to lead the Korea market, a large and critical growth area for X. This is a high-impact commercial role responsible for driving revenue through both direct advertisers and agency partnerships, including support on agency trading agreements.\n\n### What you’ll do:\n* Own and grow X’s SMB (Small & Medium Business) revenue in Korea, our key local market.\n* Build and expand relationships with SMB clients and media agencies\n* Drive new business development while scaling existing strategic accounts\n* Lead commercial conversations including agency trading agreements and negotiations\n* Act as a trusted advisor on digital strategy, media planning, and performance solutions\n* Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets\n* Partner cross-functionally with Client Solutions Managers to ensure flawless campaign execution\n* Maintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting\n* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities\n* Represent X at key industry events and within the Korean advertising ecosystem\n\n### What you need for this role:\n\n* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field\n* 5-8 years of digital ad sales, business development, or account management experience\n* Strong experience managing both direct clients and media agencies\n* Proven involvement in or exposure to agency trading agreements\n* Deep understanding of the Korean digital advertising ecosystem\n* Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets\n* Strong commercial and negotiation skills\n* Experience with online advertising, analytics, and performance marketing\n* Fluency in Korean and English
