Join Our Team – International Recruiter (Remote)
Location: Remote (worldwide-based)
Type: Full-time / Freelance
Are you a driven recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, international environments? Do you enjoy connecting people with life-changing career opportunities across the globe?
We are a fast-growing job agency managing over 2000 openings per month across Europe, South America, Africa, and Asia, and we are expanding our recruitment team. We are looking for ambitious, results-oriented recruiters ready to make an impact from day one.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for international roles (Sales, Customer Support, Operations)
- Source and engage candidates across multiple global markets
- Conduct structured interviews and assess both performance and cultural fit
- Build and manage high-volume candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with international clients and hiring managers
- Support candidates throughout the process, including relocation opportunities
- Work with KPIs and targets in a performance-driven environment
What We're Looking For
- Experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, headhunting)
- Commercial mindset with the ability to engage and convert candidates
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong plus)
