Ability to drive alignment across the US and Bulgaria teams, ensuring strong cross-time-zone collaboration

5+ years in a product management role
Strong strategic thinking — you consistently ask “why” before defining “what”
Clear, structured communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to accommodate customer calls and maintain meaningful overlap with San Francisco working hours
Excellent product intuition and judgment
Self-starter mentality — you can navigate ambiguity and figure things out without waiting for perfect direction
Experience working with US-based companies and comfort collaborating across time zones
Willingness to travel occasionally

Experience in a venture-backed startup environment
B2B SaaS product experience
Built or scaled platform-level capabilities (permissions, reporting frameworks, admin controls)
