As the Chief of Staff, you are the strategic force multiplier for our VP of Consulting. You will bridge the gap between high-level vision and operational execution, ensuring the VP’s priorities are met through rigorous project management, analytical insight, and seamless stakeholder alignment.

**Key Responsibilities:

Executive Partnership: Act as a strategic proxy, managing information flow and ensuring all communications and meetings are contextually aligned with the VP’s core objectives.
Operational Rigor: Design and maintain corporate operating frameworks. You will track decisions, close feedback loops, and ensure global stakeholders remain synchronized.
Strategy & Documentation: Synthesize complex data from cross-functional teams into high-stakes presentations and executive briefs that drive decision-making.
Analytical Engine: Provide the "under the hood" technical depth and financial modeling required to monitor business performance in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
