About the Role
We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on HR Business Partner who can support business leaders in building high-performing teams. This role will anchor Performance Management, Learning & Development, and People Analytics, while driving culture, programs, and org effectiveness.
What You’ll Own
- Partner with business leaders on org design, talent planning, and people strategy.
- Lead Performance Management cycles, OKR alignment & continuous feedback culture.
- Drive Learning & Development programs, skills-gap analysis & capability building.
- Own People analytics—attrition insights, engagement metrics, productivity dashboards.
- Solve org challenges using data-driven insights & leadership partnership.
- Manage employee experience interventions & governance.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Experience as HRBP in a fast-paced startup / scale-up environment.
Strong grounding in performance systems & capability frameworks.
Excellent grip on Google Sheets, data analysis, and insights storytelling.
High empathy, problem-solving capability, and business acumen.
Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6-8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar.
Proven track record of aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to influence and challenge at all levels of the organization.
Surge to think strategically while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
