Responsibilities and Duties

Oversee and manage all aspects of recruitment to ensure hiring goals are met
Provide strategic insights based on experience to maximize recruiting efforts
Implement strategic hiring procedures
Partner with the Operation and Client Service team to confirm hiring needs
Act as Recruiting liaison with client contacts and representatives
Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures
Directly interact with job applicants and respond to initial queries
Maintain and monitor applicant submissions to ensure timely follow-up
Oversee recruitment systems (Bamboo HR, RAMP) to track and manage candidate information
Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews
Recommend qualified candidates to relevant departments for further evaluation
Coordinate and oversee any required assessments for candidates
Establish clear goals and benchmarks for the recruitment team to ensure effective performance
Train, mentor, and supervise recruiters to ensure adherence to company processes and recruitment best practices

Required Knowledge and Skills

2 + years experience in recruiting
Ability to multi-task and work independently to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills.
The ability to work and collaborate with employees at all levels
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in high-pressure, fast paced environment.
Ability to work flexible hours with the possibility of working outside of scheduled hours.
