Staff Product Designer - Consumer

This is a high-impact individual contributor role with broad scope and influence: you’ll lead the design direction of complex, high-priority areas within our flagship Kraken app, used and loved by millions of people around the world.

Lead the design of complex, ambiguous problem spaces, turning them into clear, elegant, and scalable user experiences. Shape and evolve Kraken’s design system and visual language, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product. Partner deeply with product, engineering, and leadership to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions. Drive alignment across teams, mentoring and supporting other designers, contributing to growth and quality. Use customer insights, data, and experimentation to inform decisions and continuously improve product outcomes. Lead design critiques and contribute to a strong culture of feedback, rigor, and continuous improvement.
