We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the implementation of a budgeting tool as part of a defined project. The primary goal of the role is to manage and execute the transition from Excel-based budgeting templates to a dedicated budgeting application or system, ensuring a smooth adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end implementation of a budgeting tool, from requirements definition to go-live Manage and execute the transition from Excel-based budgeting templates to a budgeting software solution Design and implement scalable budgeting process aligned with business needs Work closely with Finance, HR, and key business stakeholders to gather requirements and align on solutions Configure budgeting models, assumptions, workflows, and reporting within the selected tool Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency throughout the budgeting process Support change management, including user training and documentation Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical or system vendors (if applicable)

Qualifications

Experience working within an international, multi-entity group environment Proven, hands-on experience leading a transition from Excel-based budgeting templates to a budgeting system or application Direct experience implementing budgeting or planning tools Experience applying or supporting AI-driven analytics solutions within budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning processes Strong understanding of budgeting processes Ability to independently manage a project with clearly defined timelines and deliverables Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Familiarity with financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling Experience working with cross-functional teams in Finance and HR Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with system implementation projects or process transformation initiatives
