About the job: SAP MDG - Consultant (Makati) | Hybrid\n\nWork Schedule: Morning Shift\n\nWork Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati\n\nEligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines\n\nRoles & Responsibilities:\n\n* Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal): The Individual should be able to drive discussions with cross-geography counterparts\n* MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)\n* Extensive experience in analysis, design, creating BBP, functional specification (FS), coordination with the ABAP team, testing of new functionality or enhancement, and preparing test plans and test scripts.\n* Should have knowledge of WRICEF objects and be able to work on interfaces and enhancements along with test case documents and test plans.\n* Individuals should have knowledge or hands-on experience with SAP S/4 and Fiori apps.\n* The candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.\n\nRequirement:\n\n Should have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of implementation and support experience across different industries and sectors with at least 1 end-to-end implementation in SAP S/4HANA (scope, design, buildSAP MDG - Consultant (Makati) | Hybrid & test phases).\n An individual needs to have very strong business process knowledge across SAP core functions—SD, MM, and FI.\n* Perform Root Cause Analysis and work with cross-module teams for resolution, thought leadership, managing multiple engagements, team operations, etc.\n\nMust-Have in Candidate:\n\n* Should have experience in MDG Customer, Supplier, Business Partner, Finance (General Ledger, Cost center, Profit Center, Internal Orders)\n* SAP MDG Certification is preferred.\n* Experience in ABAP OOPS concepts, Floor Plan Manager (FPM) Framework, Web Dynpro, Data Model Enhancement, Custom Report\n* Individuals should have worked on Customer and Vendor Integration (CVI)\n* Hands-on experience on Data Import and Replication Framework via IDOC, services, etc.\n* Extension of the standard data model with custom entity and attributes.\n* Experience in Custom Data Model creation, UI customizing, and UI Enhancement\n* Duplicate Check, Validation, and Derivation in MDG.\n* Standard and rule-based workflow, dynamic and parallel workflow routing.\n\nNice to Have in a Candidate:\n\n* Hands-on working experience with ABAP.\n* The latest SAP MDG 9.2 Certification is preferred\n\nQualifications:\n* Graduate / Postgraduate
