The Company:

A leading logistics company is expanding the team and is looking for a Desktop Engineer.

The Role:

Onsite desktop support for IT hardware and software issues such as hardware problem diagnosis, PC/software installation, configuration, maintenance of operating systems, etc.
Support local IT Assets Management and Vendor Management.
Work with other Infrastructure and Security teams to provide virus remediation and infrastructure devices inspection, data backup of local file servers.
OS Image management for standard laptops, desktops and Dbox management.
Asset management infrastructure & desktop estate.
Administration of Active Directory domains for user account and system management
Exposure to Active Directory.
Relevant infrastructure & network skillset.
Proficient knowledge of PC and server infrastructure (W10) & MS Office Suite.
Basic administration skills in Active Directory domains.
Basic in Networking technology (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Effective communication.
