Virtual Assistant - Customer Service & Support

We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to businesses of all sizes. We are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant with expertise in customer service to join our client's team.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including

  • Handle and respond to 75+ inbound customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and accurate support;

  • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach in all interactions;

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating more complex cases when necessary;

  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, conversations, and tickets in a fast-paced environment;

  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience;

  • Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in internal systems;

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing process improvements;

  • Proactively identify patterns in customer issues and suggest improvements to workflows, processes, or knowledge base;

  • Support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to team goals and performance metrics;

  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a continuous willingness to learn and grow;

  • Proven experience in customer service/support or as a virtual assistant, handling inbound inquiries;

  • Previous experience with real estate is a plus;

  • Strong phone skills and ability to handle about 75 inbound inquiries daily via phone, email, and live chat;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate in English over the phone and email;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills;

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;

  • Self-motivated with proven ability to learn quickly and contribute effectively;

  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to analyze opportunities and inefficiencies, and propose solutions to management;

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, production, operations, finance, and senior management);

  • Supplementation and fitness industry knowledge/experience is a plus;

  • Work from home;

  • Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);

  • Starting salary between 6$ - 12$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
