The Role

We are continuously looking for experienced SAP HCM Consultants with strong expertise in Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT) to join our growing delivery teams.

This role is ideal for professionals with solid configuration and support experience in SAP HCM, particularly within complex payroll environments. Experience with French Payroll (Paie France) and/or French language skills is highly desirable.

As a consultant, you will act as a subject matter expert within your domain, contributing across the full project lifecycle — from analysis and design to implementation, testing, and post-go-live support — ensuring high-quality, compliant, and efficient HR solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver SAP HCM Payroll and/or Time Management implementations and support activities

  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

  • Configure and customise SAP HCM PY and PT modules according to client needs

  • Ensure payroll compliance with local legislation (French payroll knowledge is a strong advantage)

  • Perform system testing (unit testing, integration testing, UAT support)

  • Provide incident resolution and continuous improvement support

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, technical teams)

  • Support data migration and system integration activities

  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and mentoring of junior consultants

  • Proactively identify risks, improvement opportunities, and optimisation initiatives

  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor

Desired Experience & Skills

Functional & Technical Expertise

  • Proven experience in SAP HCM Payroll (PY) and/or Time Management (PT)

  • Strong configuration experience in schema, rules, wage types, time evaluation, and absence/attendance management

  • Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes

  • Experience with payroll integrations and interfaces

  • Knowledge of SAP HCM architecture

  • Experience in SAP HR support and project environments

  • French Payroll (Paie France) expertise is highly desirable

  • Experience working in international or multi-country payroll environments is a plus

Language Skills

  • Professional proficiency in English

  • French language skills are highly desirable (especially for French payroll projects)
