Drive forecast discipline and consistency across geographies. Support alignment of top-down targets with market-level forecasts.

Data, Systems & Reporting Enhancement

Lead development of financial dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility of performance. Support finance activities related to D365 migration, including data validation and reporting alignment. Strengthen data governance, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency across markets. Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Business Partnering Support

Act as a key interface between regional finance and business-facing finance partners. Support analysis of market performance, project trends, and financial outcomes. Provide insights to support commercial decision-making and performance management.

Team & Process Leadership

Provide guidance and oversight to FP&A analysts within the team. Drive standardisation of templates, reporting processes, and governance practices. Contribute to the development of a high-performing regional FP&A function.
