We are seeking a Management Accountant (CMA / Cost Accountant / Semi-Qualified CMA) to oversee MIS reporting, costing, and financial analysis for a rapidly expanding solar panel recycling company. This position is well-suited for individuals with strong Excel proficiency, expertise in cost control, and experience in manufacturing finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Manage costing and cost control activities within recycling and manufacturing operations
• Conduct variance analysis, cost analysis, and track profitability
• Develop and maintain Excel-based financial models and dashboards
• Provide data-driven insights to aid business decision-making
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and enhance operational efficiency

Eligibility Criteria:

• CMA / Cost Accountant / Semi-Qualified CMA
• 1-3 years of experience in MIS, costing, or financial analysis
• Experience in manufacturing, recycling, or industrial environments preferred

Key Skills :

• MIS Reporting & Financial Analysis
• Costing, Budgeting & Variance Analysis
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Dashboards)
• Data Analysis & Financial Modeling
• Experience with ERP Systems (preferred)
