You will guide students in understanding American professional culture, job search strategies, personal branding, effective workplace communication, and key tools for developing a successful career.\n\nResponsibilities:\nTeach live classes on American professional culture, job search strategies, resume creation, interview preparation, and professional development.\nCoach students throughout their learning process, providing support and feedback.\nFoster the development of a strong personal brand and effective communication skills in the American workplace.\nUpdate educational materials and resources, ensuring they are aligned with current labor market trends.\n\nRequirements:\nProven experience in human resources and career guidance in the United States.\nKnowledge of the U.S. labor market and professional practices (e.g., forms such as I-9, W4, work permits).\n\nDesirable:\nKnowledge of coaching and professional development.\nAbility to teach job search strategies, resume writing, and interview preparation.\nPrevious experience in teaching or professional training (desirable).\nClear and effective communication in Spanish.\n\nBenefits:\nFlexible schedules.\nClasses are one hour long.\nPayment per class.
