We are looking for a talented AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI and machine learning principles, with proven experience in delivering AI-driven products in production environments. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement AI solutions utilizing frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and multi-agent systems.
Apply prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques to enhance AI functionalities.
Work with vector databases (ChromaDB, Pinecone) and implement strategies for context optimization and model routing.
Ensure LLM observability and adhere to AI governance standards.
Lead Agile teams throughout project lifecycles from conception to deployment, while ensuring adherence to best practices in software development.
Manage CI/CD processes, including logging, tracing, and monitoring for infrastructure observability.
Conduct code reviews and enforce design patterns to maintain high-quality software standards.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.

Qualifications

Strong years of experience in software development.
Proven track record of delivering AI-driven products in production environments.
AI Tools experience: LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, vector databases, NLP, and deep learning.
Experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, EC2)
Experience with programming languages like Python, Java, or C#
Experience with Flask or Spring Boot for backend services
Experience with Jira for project management, Git for version control
Strong understanding of software development best practices, including design patterns and code reviews.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
