Work Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience in coaching or leading a sales team (preferably in call center environment) We can accept coaches, trainers, team leads who are well versed in coaching Knows how to handle coaching of bottom, mid, and top performers. Experience in handling KPIs related to sales quota for any products Strong understanding on handling objections Can negotiate Process knowledge in Sales CRM, QA Tools, and Excel Dashboards
Job Description:
Do one on one coaching with agents with focus on closing techniques, objection handling, and script adherance Align with Sales Manager and Team Leads in aligning the coaching priorities with business objectives Ensure compliance with client-approved scripts, legal disclosures, and quality standards Analyze Daily and Weekly performance reports
