What you'll do:
- Assist customers with bookings, changes, and travel inquiries
- Provide support via phone, email & chat
- Work in a structured, international environment
Why this role:
- Stable, long-term position
- No night shifts
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Clear processes (no chaos, no aggressive sales)
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary progression (hourly, increases over time)
- Up to €2,000/year performance bonus
- €250/month language bonus

Work schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Between 09:00 – 18:30
Important:
- Must be already based in Sliema or nearby areas
