Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the business to understand requirements and evaluate available business processes in Workday, suggesting suitable options.
Implement required changes across the Workday landscape, from development to production tenants.
Manage delivery expectations and provide timely responses in all engagements.
Oversee third-party delivery in support of service readiness activities and OAC compliance.
Support, manage, and estimate change and/or support services.
Assess functional specifications and provide impact assessments.
Assist in the development of fit-for-purpose system enhancements and solutions in collaboration with UK-based support teams.
Manage incidents and problems through to resolution, applying UK-based processes for changes.
Adhere to appropriate processes and standards as defined by the UK-based support team.

Essential Qualifications:

Comprehensive knowledge of Workday core HR and Payroll, with an understanding of end-to-end Payroll business tasks.
At least 4-5 years of experience in Workday support with strong analytical skills.
Experience in Core HR (Manager Hub, People Hub dashboards, reports).
Extensive knowledge of UK legislation and Workday UK Payroll.
Proficient in Workday integrations, including EIB and Core Connectors.
Strong understanding of Workday security processes, business process impact assessment, and configuration.
Experience in Workday release impact assessment and testing.
Understanding of transport objects.
Familiarity with Jira and Agile methodologies.
