We are hiring a Senior Social Media Manager to lead and scale social media strategy across multiple client accounts. This is a high-impact, client-facing role suited for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and has a proven track record of growing large, engaged audiences.

You will own the end-to-end social media lifecycle-from strategy and content creation to analytics and team leadership—while mentoring a team of Social Media Managers and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter (X)

  • Create and oversee high-quality, engaging content (graphics, video, photography, and copywriting) using tools like Adobe Suite and Canva

  • Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned with client goals and campaign timelines

  • Lead social media storytelling and brand voice development for multiple clients

  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights

  • Conduct ongoing social listening and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities

  • Present strategies, reports, and insights to clients in a clear, compelling manner

  • Manage client communications, approvals, and workflows via social media management tools (e.g., Loomly)

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative assets and campaigns

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Social Media Managers, fostering a high-performance and creative culture

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within a marketing or creative agency

  • Proven track record of growing large social media followings and driving engagement

  • Strong understanding of internet culture, social trends, and digital audience behavior

  • Advanced content creation skills (graphic design, video editing, and copywriting)

  • Experience with social media management platforms and content management systems

  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring teams

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines

  • Experience in B2B marketing and working with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (client-facing experience required)

  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with leadership and stakeholders
